NFL star J.J. Watt had been quietly dating professional soccer player Kealia Ohai for about a year before going public with their love in January. The pair, who met through Watt’s Houston Texans teammate Brian Cushing (Cushing is married to Ohai’s older sister Megan), are “very happily dating” while balancing busy training and traveling schedules, a source tells People.
“We’re both very proud of each other and what we both do,” Watt, 28, told People at a pre-Super Bowl event in February. “We have a lot of fun together.”

Some consider Kurt Russell a god amongst men. And he will soon take on that role in Guardians of the Galaxy 2, where he plays Ego, a living planet that has constructed a human body for himself. Kurt Russell is a living legend and Hollywood royalty. And there might not be a bigger fan than Chris Pratt. Even though the two star together in the next big Marvel adventure, playing father and son no less, that doesn't keep Pratt from fanboying out over Russell. And he shared one of those moments on his Instagram with a short but sweet video from the set. Says Pratt.
"Kurt Russell poses with a fan on the set of #guardiansofthegalaxy vol 2 #guardiansofthegalaxyvol2"
Bust out your wallets, Marvel fans, because tickets for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 are officially on sale. With the movie set to hit theaters in a little over a month, Marvel Studios has decided to let eager fans get a head start as they have opened up advanced ticket sales for the highly-anticipated sequel around the world. They did so by releasing a brand new, extended TV spot for the movie that doesn't feature a ton of new footage, but definitely does the trick.
Marvel Entertainment released the video online today in order to declare that tickets for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 are up for grabs. The new spot features quite a bit of footage we have already seen. Some from the Super Bowl spot, some from the most recent trailer and a couple of new shots. But none of those new shots are anything to write home about. »
Yesterday, Guardians of the Galaxy 2 director James Gunn revealed the new IMAX poster for his highly-anticipated superhero sequel. It seems that was just the tip of the iceberg, with the director and several of his stars sharing character posters through their various social media channels earlier today. While debuting his Baby Groot poster on Facebook, Vin Diesel also made the announcement that tickets for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 will officially go on sale nationwide tomorrow, Friday, March 24. Here's what the actor had to say in his statement.
"So proud to be a part of this franchise... so proud to play one of the most interesting characters the screen has ever seen. Blessed. P.s. My brother James wanted me to let you all know that you can purchase tickets tomorrow for this film's may release. Exciting!"
James Gunn himself took to Twitter to debut the posters for »
Warning: Guardians of the Galaxy 2 is so good, it might cause spontaneous pregnancies.
At least that’s what Chris Pratt claims in a Facebook post debuting a new poster for the sequel on Wednesday. But the actor goes a lot further than simply sharing the artwork, and went on to make a list of increasingly outrageous boasts about how amazing the new movie will be.
“On May 5th the greatest movie in the history of movies is coming,” begins the post. “There has never been and will never again be a movie like this. Seriously. Ever heard of Citizen Kane? »

There was a time before Guardians of the Galaxy when filmmaker James Gunn was better known for horror films like Slither and for writing the screenplay for Zack Snyder’s Dawn of the Dead remake. One of the movies Gunn had been talking about making for almost as long was a violent high-concept thriller called The Belko Experiment, which as you can guess from the title, has finally seen the light of day. (Gunn went on to make the low-budget action-comedy Super, got the gig directing Guardians and the rest is history.)
The Belko Corporation has a large branch office building in the middle of Bogota, Colombia, and we meet the company’s CEO Barry Norris (Tony Goldwyn from Scandal) as he’s arriving at work and noticing the new armed security detail carefully checking everyone entering the building. Before we can think too much about this, we meet Melonie Diaz »

As the writer-director behind cult hits like “Super” and “Slither” and the blockbuster “Guardians of the Galaxy,” James Gunn has worked with some of the biggest names in the business. But ask him who his favorite actor to work with is, and he doesn’t hesitate: it’s his brother, Sean Gunn.
He’s not just trying to keep family dinners peaceful. Sean is an accomplished teacher and actor, perhaps best known for his scene-stealing turn as Kirk on “The Gilmore Girls,” and has appeared in almost all of his older brother’s projects. “I’d rather have him as an actor than anybody else,” James notes. “We see things so similarly and having the same background, we have a shorthand of speaking. I can say something that would make sense to no one else, like, ‘Do it like Cousin Chuck would!’ ”
The new few weeks see two new collaborations between the duo. »

With its highly anticipated release this summer, it looks like “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2” won’t be the last installment to quench the Marvel Comic Universe’s thirst for offbeat and amusing superhero space tales.
He was, however, a little more reticent about his involvement with the film. Gunn said, “I’m trying to figure out what I want to do really, that’s all it is. I got to figure out where I want to be, what I want to spend the next three years of my life doing.”
Gunn also revealed that the Guardians will be finding their way into another »

Welcome back to the “Preview Reel” column, where we look at the week’s upcoming wide release movies. We’ve been away for a few months, but we’re excited to be back and continue to help you make decisions on what to check out at the cineplexes this weekend. It’s a great weekend to come back as one of the biggest movies of the new year opens in Disney’s Beauty and the Beast. That will no doubt dominate the box office, but there is a little counter-programming with The Belko Experiment. Let’s break each movie down.
What we are excited about:
Disney has proven that they can remake their classic animated films into visually stunning live action blockbusters with Cinderella, The Jungle Book, Pete’s Dragon, and Alice in Wonderland all being huge hits at the box office recently. When it was »

It's capable of bringing down a T-Rex in prehistoric times, so just imagine the meal it could have with a modern-day menu. The massive Megalodon shark from Steve Alten's 1997 novel, Meg, will finally come to life on film via Warner Bros., but viewers now have a bit longer of a wait to see the ultimate apex predator make its splash on the big screen.
Multiple sources, including Variety, report that Meg will now be released in theaters (in 3D and IMAX) on August 10th, 2018, moving it several months from its previous March 2nd slot.
Directed by Jon Turteltaub (Last Vegas, National Treasure) and featuring a cast that includes Jason Statham, Li Bingbing, Cliff Curtis, Rainn Wilson, and Ruby Rose, filming on Meg began last October in New Zealand, with shooting on the project also being done in China.

Star Chris Pratt stopped by Jimmy Kimmel Live! last night to deliver the final Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 trailer that quickly buzzed around the Internet. Like the extended Super Bowl spot it is set to Fleetwood Mac's The Chain and expertly weaves action and laughs together.
The most impressive aspect of not only this final GOTG2 trailer but all of the film's marketing is that the plot is being kept entirely under wraps. Some of the beats are obvious by now, but what the Guardians are fighting for and exactly who they are up against remains in the shadows.

Marvel has unveiled the third trailer for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, James Gunn's follow-up to the hugely successful Marvel sci-fi superhero movie from 2014. Chris Pratt returns as Star-Lord, with a cast including Zoe Saldana, Karen Gillan, Chris Sullivan, Elizabeth Debicki, Kurt Russell, Dave Bautista, Michael Rooker, Nathan Fillion, Glenn Close, as well as Pom Klementieff; plus Vin Diesel as Groot and Bradley Cooper as Rocket Raccoon. It’s unclear when the new trailer will arrive, but it would seem likely that it will either be attached to next week’s Wolverine solo movie Logan, or Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, which opens on March 17th. Either way, expect it online first.
