Interviewed by Michael Juvinall, MoreHorror.com
Heather Langenkamp is a remarkable woman. She is best known for playing Nancy Thompson, the lead in A Nightmare on Elm Street (1984). Her portrayal of a teenager being attacked in her dreams, then for real by a dead, severely burned, child murderer was nothing short of groundbreaking for that era. At a time when the vast majority of scream queens in horror films of that time period were either playing the helpless victim or the eye candy, Heather’s “Nancy” was a strong, no-nonsense fighter who wouldn’t roll over and die. She took on the plight of teenagers in America, helping to portray them as strong and self-reliant, and showing they need to be heard and understood.
Heather played the role of Nancy Thompson in three of the Nightmare films, A Nightmare on Elm Street (1984), A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors »

For decades Freddy Krueger has been one of my favourite movie icons, from the time I saw my very first Nightmare on Elm Street film (Part 2 fact fans) to meeting Robert Englund and having him sign my replica glove at London Film & Comic Con a few years ago, I’ve loved every movie, every music video, ever episode of the TV series. Turns out I was wrong.
Never Sleep Again: The Elm Street Legacy is The definitive documentary on the Nightmare on Elm Street movies. With eight movies covered in four hours (and that’s just the doc, »

That's right, kids! We're happy to exclusively announce to you that Feldman will narrate and star in the upcoming documentary Crystal Lake Memories: The Complete History of Friday the 13th. We've just gotten word that the documentary Crystal Lake Memories: The Complete History of ‘Friday the 13th’ began filming on April 24th in Los Angeles, New York, Connecticut and Vancouver.
Inspired by author Peter M. Bracke’s bestselling book, this comprehensive retrospective from Panic Productions and Hutson Ranch Media promises to be the definitive look at the making of the iconic horror franchise.
From its inception in 1980, the Friday the 13th film series has proven to be as unstoppable at the box office as its hockey-masked, machete-wielding villain Jason Voorhees, who has terrorized the fictional town of Crystal Lake for more than 30 years. Since then, Friday the 13th has become a true multimedia juggernaut, having spawned twelve feature films, a syndicated television drama, and an extensive line of merchandise and collectibles. What’s more, revenue figures are as staggering as they are relentless: over 95 million tickets sold and nearly $600 million »
