Love, Love this flick
9 July 2011 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

I love drama/thrillers and this movie delivers as good as any.

This film was shot in West Virginia and for all mountain mama's... your region looks amazingly beautiful due to Edward Mensore (writer/director) and Matthew Boyd (DP).

The acting is passable... but this film is a directors piece shot with big budget images, but obviously on a low budget.

In the days of generic, generic, generic cinema... thank the heavens really cool indies like The Deposition exist. You can tell the director was influenced by Taxi Driver... but it is better than some Hollywood garbage influenced by other Hollywood garbage.

If your interests tells you to watch a cool, extremely well made, attention grabbing and attention hold film until the very last frame, The Deposition is a great selection.

I am a very big fan.
