"Well Dad, it looks like this is the last one"

"To Sirloin With Love" was the final episode to air on Fox. This episode is the series finale for King of the Hill.

I've seen the episode two or three times now, and while I'm sad that the show had to end, I'm glad everyone working on the show was able to give it a proper send off. This episode gives you just about everything; from Hank's "That boy ain't right" line to a "Bwaaah" moment; Chuck Mangione and we finally learn Boomhauer's profession.

The episode centers around Bobby joining a team which grades and critiques cuts of beef. Hank is thrilled because it finally gives him something to connect with his son about.

At the end, the entire neighborhood (excluding a strangely absent John Redcorn) gathers in Hank's yard for an impromptu barbecue. The camera pans over Arlen and then the credits start rolling.

Yep. Yep. Mmmhmm. Yep.
