Another great episode of the best new show this season.
23 October 2009 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

I love the variety of characters on this show, and I love that the writers are not afraid to portray the world as it really is. People drink, and lie, and cheat, and are cruel, and we see even characters that we like do these things, because they are human. But we also get to see our favorite characters heal, and solve problems, and love, because those things are human, too.

I was actually encouraged by the inclusion of a lesbian relationship on the show. GLBT people have been fighting so hard to be respected as human beings, and one of the best ways to do that is to show that they're just like everyone else. Thank you, writers, for doing it right.
