Storyline

David and Kimberly haven't been the same since the death of their parents. David is constantly tormented by the horrifying image of a 6'5', 400 pound clown named Gitchy. David is convinced that Gitchy, the monster from his darkest dreams, is responsible for killing his parents. He believes that his mother and father both met their doom after being attacked and tickled to death by Gitchy the Clown! Kimberly does her best to care for her brother, but she has fallen into her own depression after watching his mental condition deteriorate. David's therapist has him on medication and visits him weekly, but nothing seems to block his images or silence the insane laughter of the demonic clown that torments him. Soon everyone connected to David will learn just how real Gitchy is...and the situation will be no laughing matter...or will it? Written by Thomas Norman

It works!

what could be said about a horror movie where an evil clown tickles people to death?

Is there finally something new under the sun for horror fans?

Most definitely.

I've always known that tickle torture has an untapped horror potential. When I was young, I'd had nightmares about being chased and tickled by the old, creepy Hamburglar and the Micky Mouse from Disney World (I suppose I was too young and frightened to consider if someone was actually in the costume). I could never figure out which was worse, them tickling me or the loud echo my laughter always had in those nightmares.

Of all the people or things in the world I'd want tickling me, they weren't one of them.

For that matter, neither is a fat, pasty-faced clown with a squeaky voice.

My fellow horror fans often complain about the state of horror movies these days. Nothing but remakes and rip-offs. There's nothing original anymore.

Well, it doesn't get any more original than this.

The fact is, it works. Gitchy works.

Oh yes, there's tickling. The actors really were tickled. There's no lingering over the tickle scenes, and that's okay with me.

Is this the start of something new? Will someone in Tinseltown take his head out of his corporate overlords' collective @$$es and take notice? Will Gitchy go Hollywood? Will there be fear and trembling on Elm Street? Well – let's not get ahead of ourselves.

But I have to admit: I'd love to see the looks on the faces of Rachel McAdams, Maggie Gyllenhall, Kristen Bell, and Anne Hathaway(among others!) when they walk into that casting session and see that feather duster.
