Gus says that Raj is in danger of electrocution because his hand is in water, but the water is in a glass bowl. In order to be electrocuted, a circuit has to be made with the ground (in bathtubs that would be through the metal in the drain pipe). Glass is an excellent insulator so Raj is perfectly safe with his hand in the bowl of water. See more
