Storyline

Katherine becomes emotional over a wedding cake that she made for her and Mike's aborted wedding. This leads to a quarrel between her and Bree over using the cake, and Bree realizes how seriously unbalanced Katherine is since Mike left her. As Lynnette begins to show symptoms of her pregnancy, Carlos mistakes Lynnette's increased bust size as a breast enhancement. Karl and Bree send a span of seductive text messages to each other behind Orson's back. Meanwhile, Gabrielle continues dealing with Ana who continues dating her past flame John Rowland. Elsewhere at the hospital, Julie finally comes out of her coma, but she cannot identify her attacker. Susan becomes more of an emotional wreck when Andrew tells her that Julie was involved with a married man, named Dominick. Also, Angie bribes Porter to help throw a party for Danny as more secrets of the Bolen family's past is revealed. Written by matt-282

John Has Feelings For Gabrielle's Niece
6 August 2014 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

In the fourth episode entitled "The God-Why-Don't-You-Love-Me Blues",Gabrielle grows weary of John's intentions towards her niece Ana. She happen to see John dropping off Ana coming from work. She became furious with John as she saw him trying to flirt with her niece.Added to that, she finds Juanita and Celia playing with a pack of condoms thinking they were mints.

Juanita tells Gabrielle that they found them under Ana's bed and learned her niece is in love with John. She refuses to let that happen so she forbids Ana from seeing John. This prompted her to visit John at his restaurant to tell him to leave Ana alone. But John believes she still cares about him and kisses her just as Ana walks in.

Later, she tells Ana about her affair with John and promises she has no feelings for him and Ana decides to keep the kiss a secret and decides to quit her job. Also,Gabrielle sends the photos back to John ripped in half, symbolizing that they will never be together, and then tells Carlos how happy she is with her life.It was nice to see the old Gabrielle and John chemistry back but it was even nicer for Gabrielle to confess to Carlos that she is truly happy and the fact John is alone speaks volumes.

As for the other story lines, there wasn't really something worth mentioning except the fact that Lynette's breast becomes bigger that others felt that she had a breast enlargement surgery. As for Katherine, losing Mike has taken a lot on her emotionally.Added to that,Susan learns about Julie has been harboring secrets from her.Despite of these events that I have mentioned,it was nothing compared to that of Gabrielle especially when she discovers that John and Ana fell in love with one another.
