The film was shot on Kodak Super 8 film stock. Super 8 processing was done by Nanolab, Daylesford, Australia.
Filmed in rural Australia as a 'mock' German/Euro lost horror film of the 1970's. Cast and crew are all pseudonym's bar music composer, Everett Dudgeon and the English dubbing crew.
The book that Emily (ANJA BELLE) is reading at the laundromat is none other than William Peter Blatty's THE EXORCIST - A 1977 reprint to cash in the opening of EXORCIST II: THE HERETIC (1977) and to keep with the 1977 setting.
The majority of the cast wore wigs during production. Stryker (played by JÜRGER RAFFNER) was also made to wear a wig for a final shot taken after production had wrapped. He had since dread locked his hair.
The film originally ran 63 minutes but was cut to 57 minutes by ASTRA-UNITED prior to release. Scenes lost include Emily (ANJA BELLE) confessing to a priest (played by DANIELE BÄCHE) about her guilt for contemplating an abortion. Another scene included a dialogue sequence between the two lead female characters (ANJA BELLE and GRETA KRAUSS). No other scenes were omitted, only remaining scenes being trimmed down slightly for pacing reasons.
