'Anthony Ochoa (II)' was originally going to film Venous Red (2009) as a remake of his first project. Writers Cameron Kohl (II) and Oliver Oytas advised him to re-write the story with elements from his first project and film Venous Red (2009) as it's own story.
After two months of rain free pre-production, it rained on the first day of production (Oct 4th, 2008) and the only day for the remainder of 2008. The scenes were still shot as scheduled and was not noticeable in the final cut.
The Man in the Mask's jumpsuit was originally white and covered in blood. The costume was lost and was replaced with a less striking blue jumpsuit
'Anthony Ochoa (II)' had to re-cast the actor for the Man in the Mask three times before having Chris Ohanesian play the role.
On October 26th, 2008, Nicki Lack had injured her wrist during one of the stunts she had performed. The injury had to be written into the story and 3 of her scenes shot previously had to be re-filmed.
