MO from sea suggests the break-in and murder, recorded on security cameras, on a drug-dealer and his house guest, an undercover LAPD, indicates the culprit are SEALs. LJ recognizes from hand signals Kurt Holgate, whom he trained for a mission in Bosnia. Holgate's other SEAl teammate Ramirez was shot weeks earlier, apparently in a failed gang shop hold-up.
