When Peter takes a call from Elizabeth about being late home, he open and raises his cell phone to his ear twice.
When FBI Agent Peter Burke enters the prison after Neal Caffrey's escape, he says to the Federal Marshall and to the Prison Warden that Caffrey has three months left on his sentence. Later at Caffrey's girlfriend's apartment, Burke says that Caffrey has four months left on his sentence.
When June first lays the garment bags on the counter at the thrift store, she takes the glove off her right hand, when the camera shows the scene from above, she has both gloves on. In the next shot while she's talking to Neal, the right glove is off again.
When Moz is looking at the bond for the first time he raises his glasses but when the camera is behind him his glasses are shown to be on is face again and in the next scene the glasses are raised again.
When Elizabeth offers the food to the dog, the dog is seen eating in three scenes. The first, all the meat is on the plate. The second, nearly all the food is gone. The 1944 Spanish copies of Snow White bear the title "Blanco Nieves y los Siete Enanos". The actual Spanish translation of Snow White is "Blancanieves", and in Spain the tale is known as "Blancanieves y los Siete Enanitos" (Snow White and the Seven Little Dwarfs) while "Blancanieves y los Siete Enanos" is used in Latin America.
There could not be American WW2 bonds issued to finance the "Spanish underground fighting against the Axis" because the Axis never invaded Spain during WW2. In fact, the Franco dictatorship ruling Spain during the war was sympathetic to the Axis and collaborated with it. While there was an underground fighting the Franco dictatorship, it was never supported or financed by the USA.
While talking in Kate's apartment Peter says that Neal escaped "a supermax". Supermax incarceration is dependent on actions while in prison, not crimes prior to incarceration. The prison Neal escaped from in the beginning is also obviously not a supermax due to multiple inmates being out of their cells at the same time.
A security strip from a Canadian 100 dollar bill is identified. It is said the "Canadian Secret Service" identified it. That branch does not exist. The RCMP does that kind of investigating.
In the opening scene when Neal Caffrey is snipping off his facial hair in a toilet stall, the adhesive-strip base of the stick-on beard is clearly visible. It happens twice - when there is a shot from the side of his upper lip, mouth, cheek and chin (immediately before the close-up of his eye) and when there is a shot from the front of his lips and chin (immediately after the shot of snipped-off hair falling on the water). Both happen within the first twenty seconds, and only seven seconds apart. In the second instance, the edge of the adhesive strip even appears to be partly peeled off.
In shots of New York City's streets, billboards for Black Hawk Down (2001) and Scooby-Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed (2004) can be seen. Neither of those hung at the same time and they are both long gone as of October 2009.
Sign on the prison exit door says to step over the "jam". They mean door "jamb".
The surviving victory bonds are said to have been printed in Madrid and then hidden in Cantabria's Altamira caves. Since Cantabria is located on the northern coast of Spain and Madrid is in its center, this would only make sense if the Axis invasion of Spain was launched from the south rather than from Occupied France in the North (ignoring that the Axis never invaded Spain in real life).
