Storyline
The Antares arrives at Venus and Zoe and Donner prepare to travel down to the planet on the landing craft, the Crossbow. With only 20 minutes to collect the Gamma object and return, the mission may have to be aborted when the Crossbow lands too far from the planned landing site. At Mission Control, Rollie is still upset over the accident. Journalist Trevor Williams keeps working on Arnel Poe to reveal what he knows about the Venus mission. Claire sends Evram Mintz the information she has on the transformation the crew is undergoing. In flashbacks, the final 20 candidates for astronaut training are revealed and the list doesn't include one of the current crew members. Written by

After twelve episodes it looks as if Zoe and Donner will finally be going down to the surface of Venus, although not until we have seen more flashbacks where it looks like Zoe has failed to progress in her training. Unfortunately these flashbacks add little to the story as we know that she must get back into the programme as she is on the Antares now; perhaps it was just an excuse to show Zoe and Donner in bed together again. Thankfully the arrival on Venus keeps things interesting and as they land further from the Gamma object than planned we are left with a cliff hanger ending.
With only one further episode I'm keen to see how the series will end; I hope it has a conclusion that gives us a proper ending to the Venus part of the mission but fear we'll be left with a cliff hanger as the series was cancelled prior to its planned conclusion.
