Bill tries to earn back Sookie's trust, but ends up bringing her face-to-face with fresh dangers. Knowing he's no physical match for the King, Eric tempts Russell with the "ultimate vampire dream." Jason tries to wrap his head around Crystal's revelation. Sam embraces his dark side, alienating everyone except Tara. Hoyt and Jessica take their romance to the next level; with Holly's help, Arlene puts her future in the hands of a goddess; post V-trip, Lafayette struggles with new demons. Written by

Beel comes lookin for Suh-keh at Fangtasia; Pam has a real eye-opening surprise for him; Yvetta comes to the rescue and saves the day. Lafayette and Jesus bask in the afterglow, but Jesus wants to get right back on that "V pony express. Jason is having a little trouble processing the fact that Crystal is a were-panther. Hoyt and Jessica are back in the saddle again. (Jessica drinking Hoyt's blood is hotter than Beel and Suh-keh bumpin uglies!!)
Russell is ready to kill Eric for having killed Talbot, but Eric tempts him with the promise of being able to walk in the daylight. Pam needs some Ginger after her ordeal with Yvetta. Arlene makes an appointment with Holly, the Wiccan abortion doctor. Sam does some over the top temper tantrum acting. Tara's not really interested in chit chatting with Andy. Beel and Suh-keh are drivin along...havin a perfectly wonderful "Father Knows Best" fantasy, when WHO pops up? Russell and Eric. Jason gives Kitch a good talking to. Sam and Tara have a heart to heart, then they have a lot more. Arlene's trip to the Wiccan abortionist seems to have yielded less than satisfactory results. Tommy decides he needs a raise. Bill, Eric, and Russell discuss Sookie's fairy heritage, and Bill suggests that since they can't defeat Russell, the best hope for Sookie to stay alive is for Russell to develop a taste for her human-fairy hybrid blood. And in the end...Eric and Russell see the light.
Hoyt's mother, trying to comfort Summer: "She's not even alive. And you are cute as pigs". (OK...so some of the humor returns!!)
