"It's because I love you. That's why he wants you to be his daddy."
The episode feels poorly edited in places, which is a shame because there's some decent stuff in here and an appropriate farewell to Angel. Her gradual acceptance of Simon is played out well and, while there aren't many farewells, the restatement of her relationship with Donald and her final moments with Dylan are classic.
Irene goes on a self-righteous rant about Steven and Selina's relationship, which even Selina can't retrieve.Shannon's unsympathetic attitude is frustrating, even if their making up moment is sweet.Chloe pays a Father's Day visit to Richards but fails to make a proper connection with him, contrasting nicely with the surrogate father/son relationship between Alf and Curtis. And Casey is obviously hiding secrets and fails to open up to Joey.
