Judge Charles Abernathy:
Well, see you all back here... Let's see... My docket is clear. Five days? How's that for expedited? And as a side note, I would like to ask for a moment of silence for the recent mass killings in Darfur.

Our returning attorney is now assigned a case involving an ex-hooker who may have used the services of the former's jailed prosecuting attorney.
The ex-hooker is accusing the son of a very wealthy family of raping her.
There are some very interesting plot twists. Christine Baranski, who appears briefly, looks like she is one sarcastic lady constantly checking up on our attorney-friend; even going so far to visit the courtroom while the latter is trying the case.
Seems that the attorney will have his case appealed and he might be out of jail shortly.
We also see a very liberal judge presiding over the case who turns around and rules for the defense since it has become a case of he said-she said. It appears that the fiend has gotten off with the rape until the police come right by and arrest him again for another molestation.
