Chasing President Hassan's Vehicle

As Jack marches his team towards the surface, President Hassan overpowers him and joins forces with Bishop, agreeing to sacrifice his life to save thousands of innocents. Tarin is ordered to deactivate the bomb, which has 7 seconds to spare; he thereafter takes custody of Hassan and releases the bomb to Bishop. While Renee takes Dalia and Kayla to McGuire AFB, and CTU dismantles the bomb, Jack informs Taylor of Weiss' complicity; she has him and Brucker arrested, and Kanin given medical attention. CTU sets up an ambush for Tarin, which Dana is only barely able to warn him of; Tarin takes refuge in a parking structure, and eventually resorts to driving his car off the top floor. "No one could survive that," Chloe gasps, and indeed Tarin didn't... But Omar is not in the car, having been passed off to confederates at some previous time. He is delivered into Samir's hands, while Tarin's ability to avoid an ambush that was planned just moments before makes Jack suspect a mole inside CTU.

In summary,here the events that happened during that hour:

1.President Omar Hassan incapacitates Jack Bauer and holds Renee at gunpoint, claiming that he cannot allow his life to be put ahead of tens of thousands. He escapes with Adrion Bishop.

2.President Allison Taylor has General Brucker and Rob Weiss arrested for their operation to capture Hassan and hand him over to the terrorists. She finds Ethan Kanin on the verge of dying, and is told that they have recovered the dirty bomb.

3.CTU New York tries to follow the vehicle with President Hassan in it via satellite. They set up an ambush point once they've located it. Dana Walsh learns of the ambush and informs Tarin Faroush of the situation. She directs him to a parking garage.

4.Jack Bauer spots Tarin deviate from his course, and Jack realises they've been made. He follows him to the garage and watches as Tarin suicides by driving off the roof and crashing onto the pavement below. He suspects that a mole inside CTU allowed him to avoid the ambush. Dana decides that she needs to leave CTU immediately before the leak is traced back to her.

The action again heats up as President Omar Hassan forces Jack Bauer to let himself be turned over to the terrorists in order to avoid an attack on Manhattan. Jack, in addition to CTU New York, close in on Hassan's location, but are cut short by a mole.The chase of President Hassan's vehicle add a lot of excitement and thrills in this episode.Then another rehashed element.President Allison discovers that there is a mole too in the White House.Someone who is to disrupt the President's plan.
