In the gorgeous accompanying photoshoot, the two go on an epic road trip, much like the real-life one they took to Big Sur last March.
Introduced by Victoria's Secret model Lily Aldridge, the two say their friendship was pretty instantaneous.
"We were just like, 'You. My friend. Now,'" the 25-year-old pop star jokes. "People had been telling us for years we needed to meet. I remember makeup artists and hair people going, 'Doesn't she remind you of Karlie? God, she and »
When it came to falling in love with her husband, Kate Bosworth initially wanted to play it safe. The blond beauty graces the March cover of Marie Claire UK and gushes about how she was head-over-heels for her Big Sur director Michael Polish before they began officially dating. "There are so many people that hook up on movies, and you wonder if that's real, so we didn't go there," she explained to the mag. "I think we were both experienced to know that if this was the real deal, we could wait to see what would happen. And while we've all heard the clichés before, how did Kate know that her hubby was the one? "It hit me, at about a million miles an hour—I »

The 2015 edition offers another expansive selection, bookended by two films that aren’t on any radars just yet. Sbiff will open with "Desert Dancer," producer Richard Raymond’s directorial debut. Starring Reece Ritchie and Frieda Pinto, the drama follows a group of friends who wave off the harsh political climate of Iran’s 2009 presidential election in favor of forming a dance team, picking up moves from Michael Jackson, Gene Kelly and Rudolf Nureyev thanks to the magic of YouTube. XLrator Media has picked up North American rights to Amnesiac from director Michael Polish (Twin Falls Idaho) for a summer release through its Macabre genre label. Kate Bosworth stars opposite Wes Bentley in the Misery-esque tale of a man who wakes up in bed after an accident, suffering from memory loss. He begins to suspect his wife isn’t really his real wife and soon finds himself a prisoner in the house.
Mike Le and Amy Kolquist scripted the film, which was produced by Lucas Jarach and Jason Price. Amnesiac is the latest Polish film to star Bosworth, who appeared in the helmer’s 2013 Jack Kerouac drama Big Sur. She’s currently in theaters in the Oscar pic Still Alice opposite Julianne Moore. Bentley was seen recently in Christopher Nolan’s Interstellar. XLrator Media’s Barry Gordon negotiated the deal with Paradigm’s Ben Weiss and Meghan Oliver.
