Reg is getting very defensive as friends and strangers are questioning his conviction thirty years ago.
It's such a good Mystery, I love the tone, realisation, and the unique nature of it, it's essentially the reopening of a thirty year old case, Reg naturally feels sensitive, nice to see a bit of fire in his belly, normally such a placid, solid guy, he loses his rag here, nice to see, and well acted.
The black and white cutaways look really good.
Suzanna Hamilton and Dorothy Turin are really great as the troubled mother and daughter.
I am really enjoying watching Denis Kill as Roger Primero, famously known as Alan in Only fools, be did a good line in bad guys, check him out in Poirot, The Underdog.
