Deep Inside My Bloody Valentine (2009)

*** (out of 4)

Promotional piece for the remake of MY BLOODY VALENTINE features interviews with director Patrick Lussier, writer Todd Farmer and various cast members including Megan Boone, Jaime King, Brian Pearson. If you're a fan of the film then you might want something more detailed but overall this 7-minute featurette isn't too bad and it's at least entertaining. The documentary is basically a promotional piece for the film as everyone talks about how great the other person was at their job. We also get to learn about the mine that was used for the film as well as how everyone wanted there to be real characters in the movie. Again, there's nothing ground-breaking here but fans of the film should find this entertaining. The interviews are at least good and there's some nice behind-the-scenes footage.
