Caitlyn Stasey - Ellie
I think she can pull off the role acting wise. Physically, she's a little slim and pretty to be Ellie and I can't see that changing for the film. They're more likely just to dress her down and expect that makes her look more average. However, having seen the rest of the girls cast has improved my view of Caitlyn, as she does look the toughest out of the four.

Ashleigh Cummings - Robyn
I've never seen her act so I can't comment on that. I just hope she's good, particularly if they end up making sequels. Lookswise, I thought she looked more like Corrie (ie. soft), but I think my vision of Robyn is based on her personality rather than her actual physical description, so I'm probably the one far off.

Phoebe Tonkin - Fi
I've seen her act, and I hope she's improved. Physically, besides her hair and colouring, she matches Fi perfectly.

Chris Pang - Lee
Going off the one photo I've seen, I'm a little disappointed. I love Lee and my vision of him was hot, Chris Pang unfortunately, does not live up to that vision. He does seem to fit Lee in other ways though, like his height. Hopefully his good acting and screen presence makes him more attractive than his picture does. (I don't know what I'll do if he fails Lee. It might ruin the movie for me.)

Deniz Akeniz - Homer
Haven't seen him act. Lookswise he looks a little goofy and city to be homer. But these are traits I think wardrobe and good acting can fix. He's less bulky than I expected of Homer, but he seems bigger than the rest of the cast, which I guess is good enough.

Lincoln Lewis - Kevin
Of Home and Away alumni I would have preferred Mark Furze or Todd Lasance. I don't like this casting at all. Lincoln irritates me (particularly his voice). The bright side is that he's playing Kevin, who's a bit of a tosser anyway. However, I'm worried about whether he can pull off Kevin's final scenes. I must admit however, that I think he has improved on Home and Away, and his recent scenes with Rebecca Breeds are almost tolerable, which says to me that he works better against decent actresses, which bodes well for him in this film, particularly if he'll be playing off against Rachel Hurd-Wood (sucks for her though).

Andy Ryan - Chris
Can't comment on his acting, but lookwise, he looks nothing like the way I pictured Chris. However, when I think about Chris's personality, Andy Ryan seems to fit it physically (yeah, he looks like a pothead).

Rachel Hurd-Wood - Possible Corrie
I love her and her acting in general. Although, I've never seen her in a non-period role so Twtwb will be a bit of a departure. She does however, have greater critical and international appeal than the rest of the cast. She's still not australian though, but if she is cast, I'm willing to look past it, probably because her nationality (ie. accent) is the only drawback to her casting (and the fact that besides Caitlyn, she's the only one of the cast whose acting abilities I'm confident in). Although I think she should attempt an aussie accent, since Ellie and Corrie grew up together, it's ok if her english accent comes through a little. I think they should hire english actors to play her parents and make it seem as if she moved here at a young age.
Also, Corrie will only be in the first film anyway, and it'd be nice to have someone with more experience on the set to help the newbies.

Stuart Beattie
I glossed over his role as a first time director for this project initially, but considering the relative inexperience of the cast, his inexperience at directing worries me a bit now. Also, since he comes from a writing background, I wonder how much second-hand experience he has directing actors. Oh well, hopefully it works out.
