Contact (1997)
During the opening credits, the Warner Bros. shield is white over a black background. Planetes (2003) (TV Series)
There's a wrist trainer floating inside the ISS when Stone gets aboard (after pressure chamber). The wrist trainer is an iconic object from the anime "Planetes", often used by his first character Hachimaki and come to symbolise the regular physical training that astronauts must endure to avoid muscular atrophy in space.
