Won Ton Baby! is the third film Suzi and James have collaborated on. Their first was a student film James directed & Suzi starred in titled "Love." Their second was the short woman revenge film, "Legend of Suzi."

The original script called for Won Ton Baby to don a flesh mask from the face of Sally Greentree as homage to Gunnar Hansen's Leatherface. Though the mask was designed by Ingrid Okola and ready for use, the scenes were never shot due to lack of time.

Stand-up comic and Ochi's After Dark host Harry Terjanian was selected to voice Won Ton Baby! after collaborating with Morgart on the film "Guy With a Camera." A low-budget mockumentary about a phenomenon in the modeling industry known as GWC's - guys with no equipment other than a camera who film or photograph nude women. The opening scene of the film made its debut on Funnyordie.com.

Marty Sanelli, one of the restaurant's customers, also played the rapist in "Legend of Suzi". While working on the set of Won Ton Baby!, Debbie Rochon nicknamed him "twink" for his lack of hair and smooth skin.
