In a crowd shot of Pakleds, the "spy" Rumdar can be seen wearing the t-shirt and hat he acquired from the Cerritos's gift shop in The Spy Humongous (2021). In that episode, he'd lost the hat before returning to Pakled Planet when he ejected himself from an airlock after mistaking it for a bathroom.
One of the girls working on Boimler's vineyard, Leann, is wearing skimpy cut-off shorts. From the back, they're exposing part of her gluteus. However, from the front, the hem is 2-3 inches longer.
The Cerritos is still missing its outer hill plating. From last season, Rutherford said they weren't needed because the ship wasn't going to warp to get to the Archemedis. This implies that the panels *are* needed to travel at warp.
But now, the Cerritos is in a dry dock in Earth's solar system. It would've had to have gotten there by warp drive.
But the purpose of the outer hull is to protect the crew from subspace radiation (also mentioned in the previous episode). If the crew is evacuated to a rescue ship (seen at the end of the previous episode) and the Cerritos is towed at warp, radiation is no longer an issue, at least for the short journey back to Earth.

The security officers who board the Cerritos refer to the 4 ensigns who'd hijacked the ship as "junior officers." The security officers themselves are also ensigns and thus junior officers as well.
At the end of the episode, a clip on the news states that Fermat's last theorem has finally been solved. Not only did it never need to be solved, but rather proven, it actually was proven in 1994.
Forging evidence of Captain Freeman planting the bomb on Pakled Planet makes so sense, as it was already established that Freeman was on board the Cerritos, saving the Archimedes from destruction, at the time of the bombing. Starfleet Security put forth the theory that she made sure she was otherwise occupied at the time of he bombing as an alibi, so coming up with evidence that said she was present on Pakled Planet at the time would only run counter to that theory.
When the ensigns arrive at the Cerritos on the Phoenix, the Cochran hologram directs them to disembark on the right. However, the exit is on the left side of the Phoenix when they're docked to the Cerritos.
