Series better off without that episode

I think that Holby City is better off without that episode. The fact that Maddy got stabbed is one thing, I hoped that she would recover from it and get the job she wanted but I was prepared for the fact that she might die. I think the program would've been better going directly to the episode after this showing Maddy's funeral, investigation into her stabbing and everything that goes on after someone's killed.

This episode confuses the viewers by first giving them the impression she survived the stabbing, did a days work etc then shows it was all a dream. I found that episode spooky. I don't believe someone who's been stabbed would have some dream before he/she dies.

Also this whole dream is supposed to have taken place from when she was stabbed to when Maria found her dead which can't have been more than five minutes. I don't believe she would've had time to dream this whole episode.
