When two boys get trapped in an abandoned building, Veronica finds herself in the right place at the right time to help them. Back at the hospital, Chloe pressures doctors to perform a risky surgery ...
As her secret affair with Dr. Sands rapidly becomes less and less secret, Veronica takes a cue from a courageous cancer patient and contemplates facing her fear by coming clean to her husband Mike. ...
A relationship-advice guru, upon learning that her fiancé is cheating on her, decides to stay in a small town in Alaska, the most recent stop on her book tour. It's in this remote town, where the ratio of men to women is ten to one, she realizes she can truly learn about the subject she thought she knew so well -- how to find, and keep, a good man.
This is one of the few shows where the cast of people who aren't quite as well known as the mega-stars in all the other shows still work fantastic. Here's the breakdown, this cast has feel, dynamic, and most of all they play off one another perfectly, between spunk and genuine feel the rhythm of this show is authentic.
Now as for the actual plot, its more of less the same as every other medical drama, yada yada yada people in medical crisis, yada yada, people needing a doctor, yada yada relationships, not really far from the norm. At least the interactions between all of the cast is worth watching. I give it a solid 8/10.
