This is a direct reference to NBC's comedy "Community," where Abed Nadir proclaims that one of his favorite television shows will not only go on past its first season, but will will get six seasons, and an eventual movie deal. NBC's official Twitter account for the show has also used the hashtag #SixSeasonsAndAMovie multiple times to garner support for the show's continued success.
