Hospital orderly Derek Medeiros discovers his kid brother Mattie was shot by his own former street gang boss Shane Thomas and sneaks him in for (illegally) discrete 'treatment' by a friend nurse. But Thomas and two goons find them and intrude in order to kill both, fearing Mattie told big brother he witnessed a drug war murder. The team has a hard time operating with late information and a hospital full of vulnerable people, but bonds over the effort. Written by KGF Vissers
