Trivia

Early in the episode, Hank jokes to Karen that Chelsea's family "aren't an alien race bent on intergalactic domination." Karen responds "How do you know that, do you have proof?" This is a reference to Duchovny's previous work on The X-Files, which was largely concerned with finding evidence of alien life on Earth. See more »

One of the best S3 episodes
28 July 2010 | by (India) – See all my reviews

The Apartment -- The title is resonant to the claustrophobic nature of this 28-minute long episode which would probably keep you thinking about it. With Hank's desperate means to get Karen to make love through Skype becoming a failure, he gets a surprise visit from Jackie and two of her friends/strippers joining the league, Hank is in for paradise.

Written fantastically, The Apartment has those surprises/thrills waiting round the corner. One goes and one appears, the women -- Jackie, Jill and Felicia appear and well, hell breaks loose when the kids appear. On the touchy side, it's a good episode to show Becca and Hank talking about things and getting together. An extremely funny yet hearty episode!
