Est: : -- "The Escape". A scene from "Est" (film and TV show) where 12 contestants in a TV reality show must be locked up in the dark inside a house for a period of one month.

The house is riddled with night vision cameras.
The film is a powerful account of brain control techniques.

----------------------------------------------------------
When the "Est" project first started over 350 people have been interviewed
to take part in the show. Only 112 made it.

Eventually only 20 contestants got a chance to be in the show.

Most said that it was the most frightening experience they had to endure.
It was like a forced "brain" therapy.

Brilliant, demented and sexy!, 29 June 2009

The show is even weirder than the trailer. Why all the trailers in IMDb are in a different size and shape?

Some of the interviews conducted under the "Est" treatment are really ruthless.

We see the patients/contestants cracking up. Some contestants are very nearly ready to die.

I've only seen two seasons of the show. How many will leave the show?

I have seen 31 contestants so far.

How many patients will have their brain removed after that?

How many will become completely controlled? That's the thing that I don't get. What happens to the contestants who win this experiment? The ones that have stayed a whole month in the dark? Where do they go after that?

It's not in the show.

When will all the 4 seasons be released?

I have seen "The Complete Map of the Universe" after "Est". It's the film version. It's OK but it's either like a documentary of it, or a very soft and toned down version.
