This was a good season, definitely not as good as the other seasons but I really did like the two main characters. I was sorta hoping it was gonna get more deep in how each of the friends were wrong in their own ways and the consequences they suffered because of that, and the sorry they did just felt too quick. Min was mostly an asshole for the whole season and never really apologized for that in the end. Things between them just didn't feel fully resolved, but overall I am happy that they both had a happy ending.

Good Season Finale, Okay Series Finale

Warning: Spoilers
Let me start by saying Infinity Train is one of My FAVORITE series of all time! Animated or not.
This episode, in addition to the last one (The Castle Car), is amazing! It's a really fitting way for the season to end with both Min-gi and Ryan putting aside their differences, and Kez saying sorry to all the Denizens she wronged. I wouldn't say this finale nor season is the most emotionally charged, but it is good for what the season was (a more comedic, lighthearted, and less serious season).
In regards to it being the series finale however, it's sad because it was never suppose to be the last episode. I agree with creator, Owen Dennis, when he made this season how he wanted to instead of concluding the series. This way, if the show ever comes back it will feel more natural. But, it's sad knowing this is the last IT episode there will be for a while.
Despite what I just said, I think the song at the very end of the episode incapsulates what this series is all about perfectly. The song 'Train to Nowhere' in my opinion is the perfect send off. It is both joyful and fun with a mix of mystery in it. I had the biggest smile on my face the first time I heard it. Do I wish the series could continue and finish properly? Yes, of course. But I think the ending we do have is satisfying and heartwarming enough to keep even people like me who love proper endings happy.
This show is SOOOO good!! MAX bring it back!
