While trying to figure out who is going to Youngstown, OH, Dwight states, "obtaining a learner's permit at age fourteen and half instead of fifteen," is one of the few reasons why someone would travel to a courthouse in Ohio. However, in Ohio you must be fifteen and a half to get a learner's permit, not fourteen and a half while in Pennsylvania you must be sixteen, not fifteen. See more »
