A fairly makes-sense screenplay. Didn't go off into throwing in all sorts of nonsensical stuff to give it more "dramatic impact". The screenplay kept to the task of telling the story without rambling fluff.Good editing. The pieces fit together correctly and no big gaping holes of as to why a particular something was happening.Heche did a good job as the lead character. You forgot she was she and just saw her as Dr. Martin, trying to do what she could to stop a terrible epidemic.Nitpickiness: A vaccine for a viral disease is something that ones take before infection by a virus to stimulate the body's immune system to prevent the infection from happening. Taking a vaccine after the virus has already well infected the body may not not do much if any good. While the movie didn't quite go into the problem and danger of chemtrails as much as it could have, it's good for alerting the general public that something is indeed going on over their heads.
