- Erin tries not to feel overpowered as her new boss shadows her at work just as she's trying to get a nervous eyewitness to reveal the identity who shot her boyfriend; Jamie arrests an intrusive reporter who appears at a series of store lootings.
- Erin's boss decides to shadow her and she's trying to,convince a girl who saw the man who killed her boyfriend, to testify but her boss says something that scares her into not testifying and they clash over things. Jaime arrests some robbers but a reporter is also there and when Jaime tells her to leave and when she doesn't Jaime arrests her. The attorney general goes to Frank and tells him to drop the charges and release the reporter. Frank refuses and the A.G. strikes back. Later Jaime shows up at another robbery and the reporter is there again and this time someone is hurt and Jaime asks the reporter what she knows. She refuses to cooperate and Jaime tries to compel her to reveal what she knows. Danny and Baez learn the serial killer who locked them up is back. And they have to work with a detective from another jurisdiction but Baez for some reason is acting irrationally.—Rcs0411@yahoo.com
- Jamie arrests an intrusive, uncooperative Internet 'reporter' without license who appears at a series of store looting. Attorney General Robert Lewis asks Frank to get the charges against the reporter dropped, leading to a political arm-wrestling match as Lewis gets the mayor to transfer authority to accredit press, but his dirty laundry is discovered. Another victim of the serial killer who previously held Danny and Baez hostage is found. With the location of the body in dispute, Danny agrees to work the case in conjunction with a Nassau County detective, which initially angers Maria, but proves vital as their are more victims nationally. The new District Attorney shadows Erin as they try to convince a scared eyewitness to reveal the identity of the person who shot her boyfriend. Erin and her controlling boss's very different methods and views clash over how to handle a scared, unwilling teen murder witnesses.—KGF Vissers
