A wine cask sealed years ago by cellar-master Bruce Hanover in Sean Mortenson's well-reputed Virginia winery contains the remains of influential wine critic Spencer Holt. While the forensic team searches for precise cause of death and weapon, the criminal investigation soon digs up possible motives in wine economics and marital infidelity. However the Jeffersonian team is more preoccupied with Bones' announcement she wants a baby, and expect model male Booth to donate the sperm. Sweets had a hard time making them admit the relational significance, but something worse surprises even him. Written by

It seems that Bones creators has lost their Mojo. And it is not just the writers. It looks like everybody tries to finish the job as soon as possible and get home. The story lines are lame. The characters are out of their original persona. They know that something is missing, so they try to boost it with unsuccessful comedy which adds to emptiness of the plot of the episodes instead of helping it. Even the acting is weak. Why Emily Deschanel talks in monotone only with wide eyes all the time? Is it suppose to be funny? Why David Boreanaz puts those ridicules faces on every serious situation? His persona is tough FBI agent not a clown. Overall it is disappointing to see they are sinking to the bottom before pulling the plug. They could just finish the series honorably in season 3 while they were on top and move on to new series. But now they close their most ridicules season, and their expectation for season 5 is even lower.
