Justin Bieber's Mom Broke Her Foot on First Day of Their Tropical Vacation: 'There Are Worse Places to Be Hurt'
Justin Bieber’s mom didn’t let an injury get in the way of making the most of a sun-filled vacation with her son.

The “Sorry” singer’s formerly estranged mom Pattie Mallette revealed on social media that she didn’t have much time to enjoy their mother-son trip to the Maldives before breaking her foot.

“Okay so yeah, I broke my foot on the first day of vacation but there are worse places to be hurt ;). Of that I am sure,” she wrote on Saturday, adding that almost all the pictures she was able to snap of their getaway

Selena Gomez Hilariously Calls Out Nick Jonas For Horrible Date When They Were Teens

Selena Gomez Hilariously Calls Out Nick Jonas For Horrible Date When They Were Teens
Nothing gets Nick Jonas's heart racing more than talking about his famous exes. Case in point: the singer's recent interview with BBC Radio 1's Breakfast Show where he played a little game of Heart Rate Monitor with host Nick Grimshaw. Aside from basically confirming that Miley Cyrus's breakup song "7 Things" is about him, he was also put on the spot by former Disney Channel star and ex Selena Gomez. In a prerecorded clip, the "Wolves" singer unabashedly brought up a horrible double date experience from 2008, when she was dating Nick and his brother Joe was dating Taylor Swift. My how times have changed! See his hilariously awkward response above.

During the game, Nick was hooked up to a monitor which showed if his heart rate was increasing or decreasing as he was asked about certain topics. Justin Bieber has found a way to show off his ink and his spiritual side at the same time.

“Wowzers,” Bieber captioned the spiritual and scintillating in-flight snap.

Cadillac Man

The irrepressible Robin Williams is Joey, a trash-talking Cadillac salesman with three women on the line, who becomes an involuntary hero when Tim Robbins smashes his motorcycle into the car showroom and threatens to kill everybody. Roger Donaldson’s crisis-farce black comedy is still funny — and my favorite Robin Williams feature.

Selena Gomez Goes Back to Brunette for the Holidays, Gifts Cousin a 'Dream' Wedding Dress
Despite saying just earlier this month that her new blonde ‘do was here to stay, Selena Gomez has already bid farewell to her lighter locks.

The singer and actress, 25, headed to Texas for the Christmas holiday and showed off her back-to-brunette hair while wedding dress shopping with her engaged cousin Priscilla DeLeon.

“When your maid of honor makes your dream dress a reality and surprises you with it!” DeLeon captioned an adorable video of the cousins posing with an “I Said Yes to the Dress” sign.

Justin Bieber & Selena Gomez Receiving Guidance from Pastor to Avoid ‘Same Patterns’: Source
Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez are receiving guidance from Hillsong pastor Carl Lentz about their relationship, multiple sources confirm to People.

Despite reports the reunited pair — who still aren’t officially boyfriend and girlfriend — are undergoing couples counseling, the singers are just “working on their relationship with the church’s help,” says a Bieber source.

According to a Gomez insider, the “Wolves” singer, 25, and the “Sorry” singer, 23, are coming into their reunion from different places in life.

“They don’t want to repeat the same patterns as before,” says the Gomez insider. “They’ve clearly had issues in the past,

Why Selena Gomez's Mom Was Hospitalized Following Justin Bieber Reunion (Exclusive)
Not everyone is a fan of Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber's rekindled romance.

A source tells Et that Gomez’s mom, Mandy Teefey, was recently hospitalized and continues to be unhappy about the reunion between Bieber and Gomez -- and the reasons go back years. TMZ was first to report the news of Teefey's hospitalization.

“She had a breakdown and checked herself into a hospital,” the source says. “The breakdown last week was likely the result of a culmination of stress of the holidays, the anniversary of her miscarriage -- which hit her very hard -- and the stress of Justin and Selena getting serious.”

"[Mandy] is not handling Justin and Selena’s reunion well,” the source continues, adding that Teefey is now in Dallas, Texas, to be close to family.

According to the source, unlike Bieber's mom, Pattie Mallette -- who appears to wholeheartedly approve of Gomez -- Teefey hasn't been a fan of her daughter's

Underworld: Blood Wars Review

For 13 years we’ve been caught in the middle of Kate Beckinsale’s Lycan-hunting warfare, a streamlined franchise that’s sustained many tests of time, especially Beckinsale’s ageless taking to vampire purity. I wondered who dared asked for a fifth chapter in this R-rated Twilight for adults, and I was answered by a moderately full NYC movie theater audience, who hooted and hollered as Selene waged bloody retribution against both hairy and pale factions. People turned out for what’s essentially an H&M Bdsm orgy that’s interrupted by werewolves before any hanky panky can begin – but was their perseverance rewarded? By the grace of Nosferatu, Underworld: Blood Wars could have been way, Way worse. I’ll admit that.

As previously noted, Beckinsale once again returns as the famed “Death Dealer” Selene. Even with no memory of her daughter Eve’s whereabouts, she’s still hunted by Lycan

Voltron Live-Action Movie Is Happening with X-Men Writer

This past summer, Universal Pictures' parent company NBCUniversal acquired DreamWorks Animation for $3.8 billion, with Universal Pictures inheriting the studio's slate of projects in development. One of these projects was actually a live-action adaptation of Voltron, which was being quietly developed at the studio. Today we have word that the project is in fact moving forward at Universal, with the studio setting X-Men and Watchmen writer David Hayter to write the script.

Deadline reports that Tom Engleman (The Chronicles of Riddick, The Lone Ranger) is set to produce. DreamWorks Animation is also behind the animated series Voltron: Legendary Defender, which debuted on Netflix this summer. It isn't known if there will be any connection between the live-action project and the animated series.

There had previously been a live action project called Voltron: Defender of the Universe, which was being developed by Atlas Entertainment several years ago. Thomas Dean DOnnelly and

Simon West Set to Direct Fantasy-Action Movie War Wolf

Action director Simon West (Con Air, Expendables 2, Tomb Raider) has signed on to helm a fantasy-action movie called War Wolf. This sounds like it has potential to be not only a great film but an awesome fantasy franchise.

War Wolf is set in 1356, after decades of war between the French and English armies, with English soldier Earl Hugo awarded the castle of his enemy, the French assassin Mauchet. But in the walls of the castle and the lands that surround it, someone has reawakened the Loup de Guerre, the ferocious War Wolf of French legend and the nightmarish creature is now on a killing spree.

Variety reports that this is the first in a planned series of films that will center around the magical world of the Loup de Guerre.

There are going to be a lot of special effects makeup and costuming that need to be created for the projects,

When Animals Dream Review

The werewolf genre is a tricky beast to tame, but when handled properly, some serious creature-feature chills can be achieved. Take Jonas Alexander Arnby’s When Animals Dream, for example. His delivery is a focused glance at one girl’s transformation into a recognizably hairy monster, but it burns slowly, building tension as the female specimen becomes comfortable in her new skin. It’s not the rip-roaring adventure something like Universal’s The Woflman reboot aims to be, or David Hayter’s goofy full-suited snoozer, Wolves. If either of those are more you speed, this gruesome coming-of-age story might not be your favorite breed, but those looking for something a bit weightier than fighting costumed stuntmen will find tenderness and intrigue in Arnby’s unexpectedly familial thriller.

Newcomer Sonia Suhl stars as Marie, a small-town girl who lives with her sick mother and caretaker father. As she starts to embark more on her own,

Alex Garland of 'Ex Machina' follows others who took a writing-to-directing leap
Alex Garland, screenwriter of “28 Days Later,” “Sunshine” and “Never Let Me Go,” makes an impressive directorial debut with cerebral sci-fi thriller “Ex Machina” (in theaters today), but Garland waves off the achievement of leaping to directing as “just next in a continuum.” “The truth was that there was no epiphany moment about directing, because I just don’t dignify the directing role the way we’re supposed to,” the British filmmaker told The Dissolve. “There are a few people — like Woody Allen, he’s an auteur, and I’m cool with that. But for me, directing is about collaboration.” Whether directing is a logical next step or a hard-sought achievement for screenwriters, it’s often done by telling studios, “Hey, here’s my next screenplay. You can have it as long as I get to direct.” Preston Sturges — at the time the highest paid screenwriter in Hollywood — is noted for

‘Wolves’ DVD Review

Stars: Lucas Till, Stephen McHattie, John Pyper-Ferguson, Merritt Patterson, Jason Momoa, Janet-Laine Green, Melanie Scrofano, Adam Butcher, Philip Maurice Hayes, Miriam McDonald | Written and Directed by David Hayter

I, like many horror fans, know that the werewolf movie is the hardest of all the horror sub-genres to get right. For every American Werewolf in London, there’s an American Werewolf in Paris… But once in a while a movie comes along that successfully captures what makes the genre great. Wolves is one such movie.

Written and directed by David Hayter, who has penned such blockbuster films as X-Men and its sequel; and the film adaptation of Watchmen, Wolves tells the story of Cayden Richards. Your typical all-American jock, Cayden goes on the run following a vicious football incident and the murder of his parents – possibly at Cayden’s hands. You see Cayden is changing and not in your typical high-school teenager way.

WolfCop Blu-Ray Review

Werewolf movies can either be a howlin’ good time like Adrián García Bogliano’s Late Phases, taking a bite out of softer genre efforts, or they can be like David Hayter’s Wolves, a mainstream safety net that makes you want to cuddle a werewolf instead of run away in fear. Werewolves can be horrifying, menacing beasts, or overgrown house pets, spanning a varied spectrum of physical embodiments from humanistic (Wer) to cartoony (Wolves), which is why I have to commend filmmaker Lowell Dean on creating a werewolf movie full of gore, hilarity, and a werewolf police officer who’s more of a comic book hero than furry mythical creature. WolfCop is “Dirty Harry only hairier,” and his first case is every bit a bonkers B-Movie revival that midnight movie fans pray for – littered with fairytale references and a little animalistic cavorting for all you furry exhibitionists out there!
