Storyline
Plot Summary |
The story follows Eric Barnett, a lowly Customer Service Representative for SuperCom Telecommunications, Just when he thought that today was going to be just another typical day his world is turned around when he realizes that it's the last day of the quarter and he has still yet reach his quota. When a glitch in the system occurs in his favor, Eric is presented with a chance to redeem himself. He struggles to keep his cool and make his monthly quota despite the barrage of customer calls and other distractions, all the while it seems that everybody around him manages to slide on by with ease. He's got 8 hours and a string of hard luck. Will Eric manage to meet his goal and save his job? Or is today the day he loses his mind and calls it quits. Follow Eric and his friends in a comedy about the typical everyday stresses of call center life, and the relationships that keep us sane. Written by Martinez, Jayson (II) |
