In the first episode, astronaut Pete Conrad is played by two different actors. Peter Scolari plays the role for most of the episode, but in the final "all hands meeting" scene, Paul McCrane takes over the role. (McCrane plays Conrad again in Episode 7.) See more »

Goofs

At the Mission Objectives briefing just after President Kennedy's commitment to a lunar landing by 1970, Chris Kraft is outlining the various steps needed to achieve the goal. To illustrate the concept of docking he uses a drawing of a Gemini spacecraft linking up with an Agena-D target vehicle. While this is how docking was actually achieved, neither of these craft had yet been designed at the time the scene is taking place. See more »
