In the first episode, astronaut Pete Conrad is played by two different actors. Peter Scolari plays the role for most of the episode, but in the final "all hands meeting" scene, Paul McCrane takes over the role. (McCrane plays Conrad again in Episode 7.) See more »

Goofs

During an astronaut briefing, where Deke Slayton announces the men in the room will be making moon landings, the Apollo 1 crew of Gus Grissom, Ed White, and Roger Chaffee are seen and mentioned. In fact this briefing and announcement did not occur until after the Apollo 1 fire, in which all three astronauts were killed. See more »
