Storyline

When Miles receives instructions from Dr. Chang to dispose of a dead Dharma worker's body, Miles and Hurley learn more about what the Dharma Initiative is constructing in a remote part of the jungle, and what Miles' connection is to Dr. Chang. More of Miles' background story is shown about his upbringing and ability to communicate with the dead. Meanwhile, Kate arouses Roger's suspicion to his son's disappearance, and Phil discovers that Sawyer/Phil was responsible for abducting Ben and delivering him to the Others/Hostiles. Goofs

When Jack and Roger are talking to each other in a class while Jack is cleaning the blackboard, before Roger says, "So you can get outta here," at least one third of the blackboard needs to be clean but in the following shot all the blackboard immediately becomes clean, something Jack cannot do this fast. Quotes

Hugo 'Hurley' Reyes: [to Miles] In "Empire", Luke found out Vader was his father, but instead of putting away his lightsaber and talking about it, he overreacted and got his hand cut off. I mean, they worked it out eventually, but at what cost? Another Death Star was destroyed, Boba Fett got eaten by the Sarlacc, and we got the Ewoks. It all could've been avoided if they just, you know, communicated. And let's face it, the Ewoks sucked, dude.

No action=disappointing
17 April 2009 | by (Romania) – See all my reviews

I was sure Lost was going to be better and better but this episode is really disappointing. Why? First of all nothing special really happens.Don't expect that mysteries will be revealed in this episode cause you'll be very disappointed. But not only no mystery is revealed but there is no action(in fact it's hard for me to complete the 10 lines). It focuses on a character that personally i don't really like and what he discovers about his family is like in a soap movie. In my opinion i don't think that anything that is shown in this episode will really influence the final of this series or this season. Anyway Lost is really one of the best TV series and i hope the next episodes will be better.
