Yolin François Gauvin,
If you want to see how a real bodybuilder trains you need to watch this film. The film's B&W look creates an atmosphere that is intense and a bit creepy. The film has been shot in Temple Gym which looks like a dungeon. There is no paint on the walls and there is no fancy equipment.Dorian's training partner Leroy is just awesome and Dorian is just phenomenal. This film is far better than films like Generation Iron and it gives you a behind the scene look into the realm of Professional Bodybuilding. This film was made in 1996 a year before Dorian's last contest after which he announced his retirement after suffering from a triceps injury. In my opinion Dorian Yates is one of greatest bodybuilders of all times and he took the sport of bodybuilding to a new level.
