Totally grin-worthy
19 February 2009 | by (New Zealand) – See all my reviews

This film manages to be both unsettling and endearing in its content and the treatment thereof. The choice of medium (musical) counterpoints brilliantly the well executed gross-out material and gives the characters and idea of the film a great deal more depth.

The music and lyrics are memorable and well written, to the extent that this viewer is able to recall them vividly despite having viewed the film only once and some weeks ago at that.

I have no qualms admitting that this film very quickly brought a huge grin to my face, which it was capably able to maintain throughout its length. Recommended for fans of short, sharp, clever films with excellent gross-out potential.
