Papa Okami talks story on the Ukulele.
11 April 2009 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

This was a fantastic story about the Koaloha Ukulele Company. Papa Okami is a wonderful story teller and the animations bring the story to life. The Koaloha Ukulele is so rich with history, who wouldn't want to pick one up. What an experience to get to hear the story behind a wonderful instrument. It is the best instrument in the world. It is a shame that the original footage was lost, but it turned out to be a stroke of genius. The animated style of the film brings the words to life in a way that is funny, heartwarming, and endearing. If you love music, and especially the ukulele, you should DEFINITELY go watch this movie. Thank you to Gary San Angel, Alvin Okami, Koaloha, Rocky Kev, and UkuleleUnderground for sharing this story. Mahalo!
