Wonderful
12 April 2009 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

If you are a fan of Ukulele this is a must see. If you are not a fan of KoAloha, you will be after watching this story. Papa Okami is such a wonderful storyteller, and Gary and Rocky do a wonderful job in animating this story. I waited for a week wondering if the showing on UU would be worth it, and it was definitely worth the wait. I have been trying to decide what my next uke will be. And after watching this story, my decision is made. The sound is so great. Again, I can't stress how wonderful this movie is. If nothing else, it makes you want to pick up a uke and play. And if you don't know the story of how Koaloha got its start, then this will answer all of your questions. It is a story of inspiration and "divine intervention" that was the beginning of a great ukulele company.
