When a group of college age animal activists raid a laboratory to release animals, they unwittingly unleash a genetically altered monster, which goes on a killing rampage. Walter feels responsible since he experimented with combining the DNA of different species in the past, and works hard to come up with a way to trap the new animal before it can breed uncontrollably.
