One of the best episodes ever , zoro using enma is badass

Why is the rating so low??

This episode had great development and moved the plot along smoothly. It brought and end too act 2 and hypes me for the raid on onigashima. Luffy and Zoro gain new power upgrades with Zoro getting enma and Luffy starting to show better signs of his Ryuo Haki. Overall great episode and I don't understand how it's this low.
