Morgan: Absolutely. Now, is this park gonna have a playground or you know, maybe a pool for the kids?
Mark Brendanawicz: Oh, uh, how old are your kids?
Morgan: No kids.
Tom Haverford: Uh-oh.
April Ludgate: I'm gonna put him down as a "yes".

Morgan: Also, is the park gonna be at least a thousand feet from my house? Because, yeah, I really can't move again.
Mark Brendanawicz: April, please stand behind me.

Now we understand why you are the first female President of the United States.
