Suicide pact that doesn't quite have what it takes to commit.
5 February 2009 | by (Canada) – See all my reviews

Recently saw this in a series of shorts during a film festival and it really stood out as humorous and has a cast that gives lovely and fun performances. 'ParaSuicide Pact' is an interesting twist on a suicide pact and the troubles they encounter as they try to end their lives. With some great shots, and good acting performances, there are some ideas in this piece that could be worthwhile and entertaining as material to develop into a feature at a later date. Overall, a really good short film that is humorous and follows through with the story which is not the case for all the shorts I saw in this series. The ending might seem exaggerated in another film, but in this case it fits nicely with the genre.
