Storyline

A lo-fi cyberpunk social tragedy set in the Sahara desert, in the near future. Workers immigrated here from all over Africa to get a job at the big factory, turning the desert into one big township: there's too much people and not enough work. To get a chance of being picked up for work, everyone got their arms replaced by costly construction tools prosthetic. Ilias (Mounir Margoum) is one of them. Here, he met his lover Aïssa (Aïssa Maïga), a scrapyard flower who yields the local repair shop. But he is heavily burdened by debt and has to pay back the cost of his prosthetics to the local mob who operates the factory. Struggling to get work and pressured by his violent shylock, he ends up committing a desperate action that will have terrible consequences for the couple.
