A very nice first effort

This is one of many short animated films that were submitted to the Nickelodeon short film contest for 2009. Constantine Krystallis was responsible for this CGI film and as a first effort, it was very nice. Sure, there were some things that were far from perfect (such as the blocky character animation for the man in the film) but considering it is a freshman effort, it was amazing and I can't wait to see what he'll do when he's gained more experience and skill. Very, very nice.

The film is exceptionally simple. It consists of a Greek man trying to get his stubborn donkey to climb to the village at the top of a very long hill. The animal isn't going to move, so the man comes up with a way to motivate him using the "Zorba's Song" from the film ZORBA THE Greek. It's cute and gave me a bit of a laugh.
