Goofs

In the beginning of "Smurfette's Lucky Star," Smurfette made a wish to her lucky star for chocolate-covered smurfberries which quickly came true when Greedy came to her home showing a plate of them. However, chocolate was unknown in Europe until it was imported from the Americas in the 16th century. Food made from chocolate or covered with it came latter on. The background of the Smurf cartoon series is the late Middle Ages (circa 14th-15th century), early for the appearance of chocolate in Europe. See more »
