Cash Markman does it again -another insulting comedy loaded with groaners of dialogue and utterly self-conscious mocking the porn industry. He's done this type of script a hundred times or more, and it's beyond old-hat.
Joel Lawrence is severely miscast as a lowly production assistant, fetching lube and baby wipes on a porn set. Evan Stone hams it up for the umpteenth time playing porn director Pierre Torme, with folks calling him PT -that's to mock director Paul Thomas's nickname. How amusing!
Jewel DeNyle plays the prima donna porn star Tiffany Cumsmore and Gwen Summers is her understudy, both of them oversexed. Star here is Miko Lee as the devil, but named Lucretia and the quest for Joel's soul is sort of a plot line.
With lots of random sex scenes, this turns out to be a nothing movie. It's almost saved by Nikita Denise popping up in Hell, sexy as hell. The more I see of these Cash Markman movies the more I think he gets off on insulting the audience as well as giving endless "nudge, nudge" wisecracks at his pals in the porn industry. Perhaps he deserves a special "Beating a dead horse" award.
